Desarrolla conciencia sobre derechos, deberes y el rol activo del ciudadano en la democracia. Capacita para participar, fiscalizar, organizarse y defender los espacios públicos y la democracia como marco para el desarrollo individual y colectivo. Empodera políticamente desde el conocimiento, no desde el adoctrinamiento.
